Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a busser, food runner or entry-level restaurant role is a plus
- ability to multitask, remaining calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- professional appearance, positive attitude

- dependable, reliable means of transportation
- flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays
- understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- physical ability and stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours
- ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day

Job Duties
- Greet all guests with friendliness and warmth
- deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables efficiently and accurately
- ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards such as proper temperature
- assist bussers and servers with table setting by retrieving and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
- remove dirty dishes and utensils and replenish as needed
- check in with customers and take additional orders or refill water as needed
- be able to answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- maintain health and safety regulations at all kitchen and dining areas
- inform restaurant staff about customers’ feedback or requests such as when they ask for the check
