Job Duties
- complete closing tasks such as storing reusable merchandise
- dismantle displays
- clean all equipment and areas
- store equipment properly
- lock refrigerators
- replenish items
- switch off lights
- lock doors
- complete daily cleaning checklist
- organize, stock, and maintain work areas
- inspect cleanliness and presentation of porcelain, glassware, and silverware before use
- maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional uniform and appearance
- protect company confidential information and assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist the team to achieve common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, drag, and place objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shifts
- read and visually verify information in various formats
- handle objects of different sizes and weights requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
- reach overhead and below the knees including bending, twisting waist, dragging, and stooping
- navigate inclined, uneven, slippery surfaces, staircases, and service ramps
- greet and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
- speak clearly and professionally
