Job Requirements
- must be able to lift up to 35 lbs
- ability to communicate effectively
- previous food service experience preferred but not required
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
- strong attention to detail
- commitment to food safety and quality

Job Duties
- deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- ensure the highest quality of food presentation is maintained
- act as the point-of-contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- communicate food orders and pay attention to priorities and special requests such as food allergies
- ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards including proper temperature
- answer guests’ questions about ingredients and menu items
- perform side work and station set-up
