Job Requirements
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in hot or confined environments
- Flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and occasional early or late hours
- Holds or willing to obtain a valid food handler certification per local health regulations
- Ability to work as a dedicated and reliable team player
- Previous culinary or food preparation experience preferred
- Familiarity with kitchen cleanliness and safety standards

- Experience in basic cooking techniques, knife handling, and food prep
- Culinary school or prior kitchen experience preferred
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Holds or willing to obtain a valid food handler certification
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Open to feedback and eager to learn new skills and station responsibilities
Job Duties
- Prepare menu items according to standardized recipes and chef instructions
- Assist with large-batch cooking, mise en place, and advance preparation to ensure efficient banquet service
- Support event execution as needed during food service, including replenishment and plating assistance
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Assist with daily prep and maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and labeling to meet safety and sanitation standards
- Work closely with the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service during meal periods
