Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years management experience
- Minimum 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
- Ability to lead diverse teams
- Strong organizational and financial management skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven success managing high-volume campus or university dining operations
- Experience leading, training, and developing hourly teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong background in multi-unit or food court operations
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales, control costs, and achieve financial goals
- Expertise in ordering, inventory, and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and Board of Health standards
- Passion for creating a welcoming, student-centered dining experience
Job Duties
- Oversee all aspects of daily food operations within the residential dining program
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and service that enhances the student dining experience
- Drive operational excellence to meet and exceed financial, client, and customer goals
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team to achieve performance and service standards
- Manage budgets, food and labor costs, inventory, and ordering processes
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations
- Build strong client and customer relationships and contribute to long-term strategic planning
