Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to successfully complete all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- Ability to follow recipes and food safety guidelines strictly
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently under time constraints
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail food environment
- Open to using and adapting to new digital tools and processes
- Willingness to comply with company policies regarding safety and ethics
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food preparation or food service preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to operate and maintain food service equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with digital tools and technology used in retail food service
- Commitment to customer satisfaction and quality standards
- Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing business needs
Job Duties
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Communicate effectively with team members and adapt to business needs
- Prepare food according to item specifications, including mass and seasonal productions
- Adhere to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, and cold chain compliance
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
- Utilize digital tools to drive sales and improve member experience
- Manage area performance, stock and rotate merchandise, ensure quality and date control standards
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and member-ready sales floor
- Handle claims, returns, zoning, merchandise organization, and identify shrink and damages
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers according to company policies
- Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Participate in training and complete job-required assessments
- Adapt and learn from feedback, changes, and business challenges
