Job Qualifications

- experience in food preparation or fresh food handling
- knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- ability to use handheld technology and digital tools
- good communication and teamwork skills
- food handler certification preferred
Job Duties
- prepare food according to item specifications
- ensure high-quality products are available in the prepared foods area
- maintain shelves clean and organized, managing temperature control and verifying expiration dates
- dispose of lesser-quality food products
- utilize digital tools to manage production, inventory and quality
- assist members with bakery and prepared food orders
- comply with food safety standards, sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
