Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years prior experience
  • One to three years managerial experience
  • Experience in the food industry
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain client and customer relationships
  • Proficiency in customer service following Aramark standards
  • Skilled in forming partnerships across diverse sectors
  • Ability to manage physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, and development for teams to optimize their contributions including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
  • Confirm that the food services adhere to the executional plan
  • Empower team members by ensuring shared understanding of objectives and execution methods
  • Recognize and reward staff efforts to boost morale
  • Maintain safety and sanitation regulations across all activities
  • Recognize customer demands and convey operational progress effectively
  • Integrate Aramark's processes and systems to optimize business practices
  • Manage financial planning by monitoring food, beverage, and labor costs ensuring budget control
  • Generate and oversee profit and loss reports
  • Achieve objectives related to food and labor metrics
  • Manage resource practices to ensure quality assurance and cost control within budget
  • Implement Aramark’s labor and food programs
  • Drive operational effectiveness, cost control, and profit supervision
  • Ensure alignment with Operational Excellence fundamentals for food service and labor use
  • Supervise production, distribution, and food service activities
  • Guarantee well-being and safety of clients, customers, and employees by maintaining secure environments
  • Follow safety, health, and wage-related policies and regulations
  • Establish strategies for acquisition, delivery, cooking, serving, and menu design of food
  • Produce operational forecasts and oversee accounting functions
  • Inspect sanitation and safety measures
  • Coordinate production tasks and employee training
  • Onboard and train front-line employees
  • Conduct scheduled inventory checks
  • Maintain records according to company and government standards
  • Collaborate with client representatives to cultivate rapport
  • Participate in sales processes and contract negotiations
  • Explore new product and service opportunities to support sales growth
  • Administer front-of-house dining operations
  • Implement food service initiatives consistent with client goals and eco-conscious practices
