Job Requirements

  • Prior experience in food management
  • Experience in a managerial role for at least 1-3 years
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Capability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency in teamwork and leadership
  • Willingness to participate in client relationship management

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of prior experience in the food industry
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of managerial experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent applied knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service using Aramark's standard service model
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain successful client and customer relationships
  • Skill in building cooperative partnerships across sectors
  • Experience in managing food service operations effectively
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams

Job Duties

  • Provide leadership, guidance, motivation, and development for teams to optimize their contributions including recruiting, assessing, training, coaching, and managing performance
  • Confirm that the food services adhere to the Executional Plan
  • Empower team members by ensuring they understand the objectives and execution methods
  • Recognize and reward staff efforts
  • Maintain safety and sanitation regulations
  • Recognize customer demands and convey operational progress
  • Integrate Aramark's processes and systems to optimize business practices
  • Monitor costs for food, beverages, and labor to increase profits and control budget
  • Generate and oversee P&L reports regularly
  • Accomplish objectives related to food and labor metrics
  • Administer resource management practices for quality assurance and cost control
  • Carry out and maintain labor and food program plans
  • Drive value creation through operational effectiveness and cost controls
  • Direct and supervise production, distribution, and food service activities
  • Guarantee the safety and well-being of clients, customers, and employees
  • Follow policies regarding safety, health, and hourly wage requirements
  • Oversee acquisition, delivery, cooking, serving, and menu design of food
  • Produce operational forecasts and manage related accounting functions
  • Inspect sanitation and safety measures
  • Lead unit personnel in quality assurance, cost control, labor supervision, and employee training
  • Onboard, employ, and train front-line employees
  • Conduct scheduled inventory
  • Maintain records as per company and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with client representatives and build rapport
  • Participate in sales processes and contract negotiations
  • Explore and implement innovative products and services for sales growth
  • Administer front-of-house functions
  • Implement food service initiatives reflecting client values and eco-consciousness
