Job Requirements

Consent to background check
Own a car, scooter, or bicycle as applicable
Reliable access to a smartphone
Ability to work flexible hours
Knowledge of local area and traffic patterns
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS navigation

Job Qualifications

Valid driver's license and insurance for car or scooter
Must be at least 18 years old (age may vary by state)
Ability to use a smartphone with iPhone or Android OS
No previous delivery experience required
Good physical condition to handle biking or delivering on foot when necessary

Job Duties

Accept delivery requests and pick up food orders from restaurants
Navigate efficiently to customers’ locations using the driver app
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
Maintain communication with customers and support team as needed
Follow safety and traffic regulations while driving or biking
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service
Manage earnings and utilize app features for payments
