Job Requirements
- be at least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- be at least 18 years old for bike delivery
- possess a 2-door vehicle or larger for car deliveries
- provide Social Security Number for background check
- have a clean driving record
- pass a background check
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- state-issued ID
- ability to operate chosen delivery vehicle safely
- familiarity with using a smartphone and delivery app
- good time management skills
- strong customer service orientation
Job Duties
- accept and complete delivery requests using the Postmates/Uber app
- navigate efficiently to pick-up and drop-off locations
- maintain communication with customers when necessary
- ensure timely and safe delivery of orders
- adhere to safety and hygiene guidelines including contactless delivery protocols
- manage earnings and tips via the app
- report any issues or incidents during deliveries
