- Have at least a 2-door vehicle for car delivery
- Must be legally eligible to work
- Able to download and use mobile app
- Own a car, scooter, or bike allowed by city
- Consent to background screening
- Meet age requirements depending on delivery vehicle
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license for car and scooter delivery
- State-issued ID for all vehicle types
- At least 19 years old for car and scooter delivery
- At least 18 years old for bike delivery
- Familiarity with delivery routes and area
- Ability to use smartphone apps effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Pick up items from local businesses and deliver them to customers promptly
- Follow navigation tools and delivery instructions to ensure accurate deliveries
- Maintain communication with customers for delivery updates
- Handle orders carefully and ensure they reach customers in good condition
- Comply with health and safety protocols including contactless delivery when requested
- Manage delivery earnings including tips and bonuses through the app
- Use personal vehicle, scooter, or bike depending on delivery assignment and city regulations
