Job Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or financial analysis roles
- proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite
- ability to work on-site in Boston, USA
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- familiarity with SAP MM and CBase preferred
- strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and supply chain management
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
- 2 to 5 years of proven success in a similar role driving operational excellence
- strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- familiarity with SAP MM and CBase is a plus
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead the design and deployment of tools and data analytics for supply chain performance reporting
- spearhead creation and implementation of Food Cost Tracker and technical reporting systems
- orchestrate procedural workgroups and oversee documentation lifecycle
- facilitate training assignments for supply chain teams
- collaborate with specialized programs to maintain cutting-edge tools and documentation
- conduct detailed supply chain analytics including spend tracking and food cost analysis
- assess and refine demand-planning methods
- integrate analytical tools into financial controlling and performance reporting
- partner with internal stakeholders to provide strategic insights and recommendations
- manage goods receipts and resolve APW issues
- provide expert analytical support for high-impact projects
- report to CSC Materials Manager or Supervisor with dotted line to Supply Chain Management for training and mentorship
