- Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with SAP MM and CBase is a plus
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles, Supply Chain management, and Purchasing
- Advanced reconciliation abilities
- Superior analytical and conceptual thinking skills

Job Duties
- Lead the design and deployment of data analytics and reporting tools
- Develop and implement the Food Cost Tracker and technical reporting systems
- Manage procedural documentation and oversee training programs
- Analyze supply chain data including spend tracking, food cost analysis, inventory management, and compliance
- Refine demand-planning methods using consumption trends and data measures
- Provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders to reduce food costs and improve efficiency
- Resolve goods receipt and accounts payable workflow issues for seamless operations
