Job Duties

  • Interaction with customers including receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
  • Preparation of products according to quality standards
  • Maintaining the quality of products served
  • Monitoring all service equipment to ensure proper working condition
  • Ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety standards including OSHA and Labor Board regulations
  • Unloading, stocking, and maintaining required inventory levels
  • Championing recognition and motivation efforts to support team morale
  • Performing other duties as assigned
