Job Duties
- Interaction with customers including receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues
- Preparation of products according to quality standards
- Maintaining the quality of products served
- Monitoring all service equipment to ensure proper working condition
- Ensuring compliance with cleanliness and safety standards including OSHA and Labor Board regulations
- Unloading, stocking, and maintaining required inventory levels
- Championing recognition and motivation efforts to support team morale
- Performing other duties as assigned
