Job Requirements
- must have a valid driver’s license
- must have car insurance
- must have a reliable car
- must be available between 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday
- must have access to email and a working phone
- must be willing to perform physical tasks such as lifting boxes
- must be able to work approximately 5 to 10 hours per week
- must be comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone
Job Qualifications
- valid driver’s license
- proof of car insurance
- reliable vehicle
- flexible schedule with availability between 10am - 7pm Monday to Friday
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- physical capability to lift and carry heavy items
- prior delivery or customer service experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- deliver food orders to customers on time and in excellent condition
- set up food at events or delivery locations as needed
- carry heavy boxes and navigate through halls and elevators
- communicate effectively with customers by phone and in person
- maintain a professional and representative demeanor as the face of Roots
- manage delivery schedule and respond to orders received by email
- ensure vehicle is well-maintained and meets insurance and licensing requirements
