Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- car insurance
- reliable car
- flexible schedule with availability between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Monday to Friday
- access to a working phone and email
- capability to carry heavy items
- willingness to work part-time contracted hours starting around 5 hours per week
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- customer service experience preferred
- experience in food delivery or similar role advantageous
- ability to communicate effectively
- basic familiarity with email and smartphone use
Job Duties
- deliver food orders from Roots to customers
- set up food at delivery locations as needed
- carry heavy food boxes safely and efficiently
- communicate with customers by phone and in person
- manage delivery schedules and confirm orders via email
- maintain professionalism as a representative of Roots
- ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
