Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in high volume restaurants
  • 2+ years of experience supervising others preferred
  • a true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • availability to work opening and closing shifts
  • ability to ensure adequate coverage during shifts
  • skills in assisting with servicing, seating and communication with service and culinary teams
  • ability to inspect cleanliness and report maintenance requests
  • refined verbal communication skills
  • must be able to provide full availability each week including weekends, holidays and overnights
  • commitment to follow food safety protocols
  • ability to work well under pressure
  • flexible schedule required
