- As a Food and Beverage Server, you are the heart of our dining experience, responsible for crafting a warm, inviting atmosphere where guests feel like family
- Your passion for hospitality will shine as you guide our patrons on an authentic culinary journey through Italy, sharing your expertise on our delectable dishes, fine wines, and fresh, quality ingredients
- Warmly greet guests and present menus, offering insightful recommendations on food and beverage selections
- Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders, ensuring timely service and presentation standards are met
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, ensuring their satisfaction throughout their dining experience
- Process payments efficiently and accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area, adhering to all sanitation and safety guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and host staff to ensure seamless service flow
