Job Duties
- Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
- Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
- Take orders accurately and enter them into the POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Manage guest concerns and requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and dining room
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
