Job Duties
- Direct oversight of all premium departments
- contribute to business growth and profitability by effectively managing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent adherence to quality, safety, and sanitation standards
- develop and uphold a service-oriented management philosophy guiding all team members
- responsible for team member scheduling, training, and professional development
- maintain policy standards and foster a culture of accountability and responsibility
- research, develop, and implement new policies and procedures that elevate service standards
- address client requests and ensure compliance with company standards
- collaborate with the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager, and other stakeholders on menu planning and design
- manage ordering and inventory processes
- support cost control initiatives for labor and waste
