Job Requirements
- minimum 2 years food and beverage management experience within a hotel or country club
- experience in multi-unit or multi-outlet management
- strong beverage knowledge and background
- exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining
- ability to work a flexible and varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- manage food and beverage operations for restaurant and banquet outlets
- supervise and train staff to ensure high service standards
- oversee beverage program including inventory control and staff knowledge
- coordinate with culinary and events departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
- manage budgets and financial performance of outlets
- develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
