Job Requirements

  • minimum 2 years food and beverage management experience within a hotel or country club
  • experience in multi-unit or multi-outlet management
  • strong beverage knowledge and background
  • exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • experience in upscale casual and/or fine dining
  • ability to work a flexible and varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • minimum 2 years food and beverage management experience in hotel or country club environment
  • experience managing multiple outlets or units
  • strong knowledge of beverage programs and inventory control
  • proven ability in upscale casual and fine dining operations
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • excellent leadership and communication abilities

Job Duties

  • manage food and beverage operations for restaurant and banquet outlets
  • supervise and train staff to ensure high service standards
  • oversee beverage program including inventory control and staff knowledge
  • coordinate with culinary and events departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • manage budgets and financial performance of outlets
  • develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
