Job Duties
- Lead the development and opening of the restaurant, helping establish workflows, systems, and team expectations
- Oversee daily operations including ordering windows, grill, prep areas, and service flow
- Ensure efficient ticket times and smooth guest service during peak periods
- Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
- Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
- Obtain a managers food handlers permit at our expense
- Hire, train, and mentor team members and supervisors
- Provide coaching, accountability, and performance feedback
- Build a positive, fast-paced, team-focused culture
- Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards
- Oversee all register operations and cash handling procedures
- Ensure accurate opening and closing cash counts
- Monitor cash drawer accountability and investigate discrepancies
- Train staff on proper POS use, cash handling, and payment procedures
- Maintain secure handling and storage of cash and receipts
- Ensure compliance with all health department regulations
- Maintain food temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and sanitation standards
- Conduct routine safety and cleanliness checks
- Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation
- Monitor food cost, waste, and labor efficiency
- Track sales trends and support profitability goals
- Maintain a highly visible, guest-facing leadership presence
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
- Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service
