Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Lead the development and opening of the restaurant, helping establish workflows, systems, and team expectations
  • Oversee daily operations including ordering windows, grill, prep areas, and service flow
  • Ensure efficient ticket times and smooth guest service during peak periods
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and portion control
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
  • Obtain a managers food handlers permit at our expense
  • Hire, train, and mentor team members and supervisors
  • Provide coaching, accountability, and performance feedback
  • Build a positive, fast-paced, team-focused culture
  • Ensure staff maintain professional appearance and follow uniform standards
  • Oversee all register operations and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure accurate opening and closing cash counts
  • Monitor cash drawer accountability and investigate discrepancies
  • Train staff on proper POS use, cash handling, and payment procedures
  • Maintain secure handling and storage of cash and receipts
  • Ensure compliance with all health department regulations
  • Maintain food temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and sanitation standards
  • Conduct routine safety and cleanliness checks
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock rotation
  • Monitor food cost, waste, and labor efficiency
  • Track sales trends and support profitability goals
  • Maintain a highly visible, guest-facing leadership presence
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly
  • Ensure guests receive fast, friendly, and accurate service
