Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage supervisory role
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in scheduling and staff management
- Knowledge of Hyatt Service Standards
- Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor staff
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Experience in guest relations and complaint resolution
- Ability to manage multiple food and beverage outlets
- Familiarity with hotel banquet operations
Job Duties
- Oversee operations of multiple Food & Beverage outlets including Two Sisters Restaurant, Bar 50, Pool Bar, Perks Coffee Bar, and Market
- Provide staff training and ensure adherence to Hyatt Service Standards
- Maintain clear and effective communication within Food & Beverage Division and other hotel departments
- Analyze and resolve guest complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Lead teams by creating expectations, managing processes, and holding staff accountable
- Manage scheduling and staffing to meet customer service goals
- Support operational needs in restaurant and banquet services
