Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in food and beverage management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications

- Proven experience as a food and beverage manager or similar role

- Proficiency in F&B software and inventory management
- Ability to analyze financial reports and prepare budgets
Job Duties
- Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house F&B operations
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
