Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant management software
  • Effective problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial reports and control costs
  • Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hospitality industry

Job Duties

  • Coordinate daily front of the house and back of the house F and B operations
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Organize and supervise shifts
  • Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
