Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
- Associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree
- Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
- Proficiency in Windows and office software
- Extensive experience managing restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
- Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
- Competency in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
- Knowledge of hotel operations, departments, and industry trends
- Ability to maintain professional relationships and communication
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
- Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and setups for banquets
- Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth operations
- Protect sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally and with integrity
- Conduct safe company business travel as required
- Collaborate with other departments maintaining open communication and professional relationships
