Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years progressive experience in hospitality or related field
  • Associate’s, bachelor’s, or culinary degree
  • Required certifications including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
  • Proficiency in Windows and office software
  • Extensive experience managing restaurant, bar, banquet, catering, room service, and kitchen operations
  • Strong skills in communication, problem-solving, and decision-making under pressure
  • Competency in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and financial analysis
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, departments, and industry trends
  • Ability to maintain professional relationships and communication

Job Duties

  • Organize, direct, and supervise all food and beverage preparation and service from restaurant to banquets using standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards while reducing waste and improving efficiency
  • Develop menus and plan events, advising on pricing and setups for banquets
  • Lead kitchen staff and manage all food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth operations
  • Protect sensitive information, cash, and secure areas while representing the company professionally and with integrity
  • Conduct safe company business travel as required
  • Collaborate with other departments maintaining open communication and professional relationships
