Job Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
  • Minimum of 1-3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Proven customer service skills based on Aramark’s standards
  • Ability to sustain productive team interactions for dining service
  • Physical capability to handle up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective client and customer relationships

  • Capacity to coordinate with multiple teams for seamless dining service
  • Ability to occasionally lift, transport, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Confirm that food offerings align with the Executional Framework
  • Assist employees in understanding goals and steps to accomplish them through coaching
  • Show appreciation to staff with rewards and acknowledgment
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • Manage budgets, profit and loss reports, and meet food and labor targets
  • Implement strategies for resource efficiency, cost control, and operational schedules
  • Oversee food production, distribution, and serving operations
  • Uphold compliance with policies, regulations, and safety laws
  • Arrange frameworks for purchasing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation of food
  • Forecast operational components and handle related accounting
  • Supervise and organize personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • Conduct inventory evaluations and maintain records per guidelines
  • Foster client and customer relationships
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Manage customer-facing restaurant areas
  • Devise and implement environmentally-conscious food service schemes
