Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • At least one to three years in a managerial role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage budgets and operational processes
  • Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and labor laws compliance
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for long durations
  • Commitment to fostering team development and motivation
  • Experience in customer service and client relations
  • Proficiency in forecasting, inventory, and cost control

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
  • One to three years of managerial experience
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to establish and sustain effective client relationships
  • Proven customer service skills per Aramark’s guidelines
  • Capacity to collaborate with other units for seamless service
  • Ability to lift, push, transport items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact encompassing recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Confirm that food offerings are in line with the Executional Framework
  • Assist employees in understanding goals and steps through coaching
  • Show appreciation to staff members with rewards and acknowledgment
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • Embrace Aramark processes for efficiency
  • Enhance profit generation while managing budgets
  • Complete and manage profit and loss reports
  • Meet targets for food and labor
  • Implement resource efficiency and cost control strategies
  • Enact and preserve labor and food campaign schedules
  • Maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
  • Ensure conformity with Operational Excellence principles
  • Direct food production, distribution, and serving
  • Uphold a healthy and secure environment
  • Follow policies and regulations including safety and wage laws
  • Manage purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • Create forecasts and handle accounting duties
  • Implement sanitation and safety measures
  • Supervise production processes and employee development
  • Recruit, appoint, and maintain personnel
  • Conduct scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Maintain records per ARAMARK, government, and accreditation guidelines
  • Foster client and customer relations
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contracts
  • Seek innovative sales and retention opportunities
  • Manage customer-facing areas
  • Devise environmentally conscious food service schemes
