Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Four years supervisory experience in fast-paced food operations preferred
  • SERV Safe Management and Tips certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously

Job Qualifications

  • Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food operations
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality or business management degree preferred
  • SERV Safe Management and Tips certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of job offer
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to quickly learn inventory management and point of sale programs
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional revenue and profit and loss performance
  • Develop and train supervisors and team members to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Oversee staffing to maintain adequate coverage and optimal productivity
  • Motivate team members to achieve high levels of engagement and service quality
  • Monitor inventory and utilize point of sale programs to maintain operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall park operations
