Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Four years supervisory experience in fast-paced food operations preferred
- SERV Safe Management and Tips certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple operations simultaneously
Job Qualifications
- Four years supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food operations
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, hospitality or business management degree preferred
- SERV Safe Management and Tips certified or willing to obtain certification within 30 days of job offer
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to quickly learn inventory management and point of sale programs
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays, nights, and weekends
Job Duties
- Manage multiple food and beverage operations to ensure exceptional revenue and profit and loss performance
- Develop and train supervisors and team members to enhance operational effectiveness
- Oversee staffing to maintain adequate coverage and optimal productivity
- Motivate team members to achieve high levels of engagement and service quality
- Monitor inventory and utilize point of sale programs to maintain operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall park operations
