Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- must be able to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
- ability to carry large, heavy trays
- strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with both co-workers and museum guests
- possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Duties
- Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and hospitality first to our guests
- ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas
- complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required and provide accountable opening and closing duty roster and checklist completion
- ensuring all service roles (lunch, dinner, barista, bartender, and event servers) are coordinated effectively
- provide direct support by stepping into service roles as needed, including serving, bartending, or barista duties
- monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional interactions with guests
- address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
