Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
  • ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • must be able to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
  • ability to carry large, heavy trays
  • strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with both co-workers and museum guests
  • possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and hospitality first to our guests
  • ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas
  • complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required and provide accountable opening and closing duty roster and checklist completion
  • ensuring all service roles (lunch, dinner, barista, bartender, and event servers) are coordinated effectively
  • provide direct support by stepping into service roles as needed, including serving, bartending, or barista duties
  • monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional interactions with guests
  • address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
