Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
- Ability to carry large, heavy trays
- Physical stamina to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds
- Good eye/hand coordination
- Visual acuity to review written materials
- Ability to meet the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to travel independently in the local area as needed

- Experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
- Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
- Strong commitment to customer service
- First-hand knowledge of service steps and dining room procedures
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with co-workers and guests
- Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills
Job Duties
- Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and Hospitality first to our guests
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and provide accountable duty roster and checklist completion
- Coordinate all service roles effectively including lunch, dinner, barista, bartender, and event servers
- Provide direct support by stepping into service roles as needed including serving, bartending, or barista duties
- Monitor and maintain service quality ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional interactions with guests
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Ensure team adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Prepare and monitor shift schedules ensuring adequate staffing for all FOH roles
- Support event operations by assisting in setup, service, and teardown
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Management
