Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Ability to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
  • Ability to carry large, heavy trays
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry a minimum of 25 pounds
  • Good eye/hand coordination
  • Visual acuity to review written materials
  • Ability to meet the public in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to travel independently in the local area as needed

  • Experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
  • Excellent people skills and an outgoing personality
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • First-hand knowledge of service steps and dining room procedures
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with co-workers and guests
  • Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and Hospitality first to our guests
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas
  • Complete all assigned opening and closing duties and provide accountable duty roster and checklist completion
  • Coordinate all service roles effectively including lunch, dinner, barista, bartender, and event servers
  • Provide direct support by stepping into service roles as needed including serving, bartending, or barista duties
  • Monitor and maintain service quality ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional interactions with guests
  • Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure team adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and beverages
  • Prepare and monitor shift schedules ensuring adequate staffing for all FOH roles
  • Support event operations by assisting in setup, service, and teardown
  • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by Management
