Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience with customer service in a hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Must be able to move quickly, stand, bend, and lift for periods of up to 4 hours
- Ability to carry large, heavy trays
- Strong communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism with both co-workers and museum guests
- Possess strong organizational, problem solving, and time management skills

Job Duties
- Maintain thorough knowledge of restaurant's hours of operation, services, menus, specials, and hospitality first to our guests
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in both lobby and dining areas
- Complete all assigned opening and closing duties as required and provide accountable opening and closing duty roster and checklist completion
- Lead FOH operations during shifts, ensuring all service roles (lunch, dinner, barista, bartender, and event servers) are coordinated effectively
- Provide direct support by stepping into service roles as needed, including serving, bartending, or barista duties
- Monitor and maintain service quality, ensuring prompt, courteous, and professional interactions with guests
- Assist in training and mentoring team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
- Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Ensure team adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies
- Collaborate with BOH staff to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of food and beverages
- Prepare and monitor shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing for all FOH roles
- Support event operations by assisting in setup, service, and teardown to ensure smooth execution
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
