Job Duties
- Lead the dining room during service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and elevated execution
- Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement
- Coach, motivate, and support front-of-house teams in real time
- Anticipate service needs and proactively solve problems on the floor
- Maintain high standards for appearance, behavior, and service quality
- Handle guest concerns with confidence, warmth, and urgency
- Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and leadership teams to ensure service flow
- Support training and development of front-of-house staff
