  • Background at notable or well-respected restaurant groups strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to command the floor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and retain teams
  • Calm, confident decision-maker during peak service
  • Demonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous roles
  • Willingness to learn and develop administrative and operational skills

Job Duties

  • Lead the dining room during service, ensuring smooth, efficient, and elevated execution
  • Set the standard for hospitality, professionalism, and guest engagement
  • Coach, motivate, and support front-of-house teams in real time
  • Anticipate service needs and proactively solve problems on the floor
  • Maintain high standards for appearance, behavior, and service quality
  • Handle guest concerns with confidence, warmth, and urgency
  • Collaborate with bar, kitchen, and leadership teams to ensure service flow
  • Support training and development of front-of-house staff
