Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least two years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • At least two years’ foodservice experience
  • Proven track record of financial responsibility
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Recruiting, training, and retaining a large staffing team including chefs, cashiers, baristas, cooks, and catering teams
  • Ensuring that the operation delivers high quality food and friendly service
  • Ensuring that the business runs in a professional, efficient, and profitable manner
  • Demonstrating strong leadership and communication skills with all employees
  • Managing food quality, preparation, and production
  • Overseeing adherence to food safety and compliance standards
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies for team performance and customer satisfaction
