Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- at least 3 months food service experience required
- ability to read, write, and follow instructions
- ability to count cash and make change
- ability to use food thermometer and computerized cash register
- ability to stand, bend, stoop, walk, and lift between 15-50 pounds
- able to work with dust, fumes, and solvents daily

Job Duties
- Prepare a variety of simple foods, casseroles, convenience foods
- clean and prepare lettuce and ingredients for salads
- make French fries, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee, cook eggs, omelets, burgers
- slice meat, cut cake, pie
- serve food on serving lines including sandwich bars, hot lines, salad bar
- use computerized cash register to add costs, collect money, make change
- balance and reconcile cash to register tapes
- maintain cashier islands including restocking condiments, cleaning tables and chairs
- prepare assorted fresh dough pizzas according to franchise specifications
- receive stock and check deliveries against orders
- rotate and date stock to use items before expiration
- move items from storage to kitchen as directed
- take weekly inventory of storeroom, freezer, cooler products
- wash dishes, cooking utensils, counter space
- observe safety and health regulations and maintain sanitation standards
