Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- proven track record of leadership
- completion of standard flight attendant qualifications
- ability to pass medical and background check
- flexibility to work variable roster including weekends and holidays
- willingness to complete paid leadership training program in Atlanta
- must meet FAA and Delta safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years flying experience as a flight attendant
- proven leadership experience in a senior or purser role
- completed standard flight attendant qualifications
- ability to pass comprehensive medical and background checks
- college degree preferred
- strong leadership and team management skills
Job Duties
- Lead pre-flight safety and service briefings
- manage in-flight crew performance
- handle escalated passenger issues and in-flight emergencies
- ensure all in-flight documentation is accurate and completed
- deliver consistent and signature Delta service
- act as the primary link between flight deck and cabin crew
- maintain compliance with all safety and operational regulations
