Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in airline catering, aviation operations, or logistics coordination preferred
- Ability to work a 24/7 schedule
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of FDA, HACCP, SOP regulations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Capable of maintaining accurate documentation
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in airline catering, aviation operations, or logistics coordination preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
- Background in customer service or client-facing roles a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational systems
Job Duties
- Maintain effective communication and coordination with and between LSG Sky Chefs’ management and Customer Service personnel and airline ramp and operations personnel
- Assign and dispatch drivers
- Reassign as necessary
- Stay informed of flight activity, schedule and gate changes and act accordingly
- Ensure timely and safe catering of all flights
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and elevate to management as needed
- Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems
- Use various quality forms daily and report feedback on flight checks
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications, quality standards, FDA, HACCP, SOP and other regulations
- Ensure on-time delivery and accurate production and/or catering of all flights
- Monitor and assist in ensuring compliance with HACCP and ramp safety SOP
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work a 24/7 schedule to ensure customer requirements and needs are met
