Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to pass FAA-required medical and background checks
- willingness to relocate for training in Orlando, FL
- ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong customer service skills
- effective communication abilities
- physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide exceptional inflight service
- ensure all safety procedures and FAA mandates are followed during flights
- manage challenging situations onboard with compassion and professionalism
- collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to maintain safe and timely flights
- perform service recovery on the spot to resolve customer issues
- assist passengers with their needs throughout the flight
- participate actively in all training sessions to stay updated on safety and service standards
