Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to pass FAA-required medical and background checks
  • willingness to relocate for training in Orlando, FL
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong customer service skills
  • effective communication abilities
  • physical ability to perform duties including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide exceptional inflight service
  • ensure all safety procedures and FAA mandates are followed during flights
  • manage challenging situations onboard with compassion and professionalism
  • collaborate closely with Inflight and Flight Deck crew to maintain safe and timely flights
  • perform service recovery on the spot to resolve customer issues
  • assist passengers with their needs throughout the flight
  • participate actively in all training sessions to stay updated on safety and service standards
