- successful completion of 6-week paid training program
- full availability for day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to pass FAA background checks and medical exams
- physical fitness to perform flight attendant duties

- participate actively in training and continuous learning programs
- maintain flexibility with schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
