Job Requirements
- Must be at least 20 years of age
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of two years customer service experience in relevant industries
- Height and weight must allow safe operation including sitting in jump seat and navigating cabin
- Possess valid U.S. or foreign passport with applicable visas through at least December 31, 2026
- Legal right to work in the U.S. and unrestricted travel ability
- Willingness to relocate as needed
- Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Ability to report for on-call reserve duty
- Professional appearance representing American Airlines brand
- No visible tattoos
- No more than one earring per ear
- No facial piercings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, education, aviation, or social services
- Ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English
- Strong safety awareness and ability to perform safety-related procedures
- Service-oriented with a commitment to customer satisfaction

Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of every customer by following FAA regulations and company procedures
- Respond with leadership and composure to emergency and non-emergency situations
- Meet high standards of dependability and professionalism
- Demonstrate adaptability by handling long hours and irregular schedules
- Adhere to company policies including uniform and appearance guidelines
- Work independently while being a collaborative member of the flight crew
- Provide exceptional in-flight service including serving meals and selling onboard products
- Handle diverse customer-facing situations professionally
- Operate in various global environments and time zones
