Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience necessary
  • completion of six-week paid training at JetBlue University
  • ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • age minimum as per FAA regulations
  • must be able to pass background checks and medical exams

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name aboard the aircraft
  • manage challenging passenger situations with compassion
  • ensure safety procedures are followed at all times
  • perform on-the-spot service recovery to enhance customer experience
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to maintain on-time, safe operations
  • work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • participate in and complete all required safety and service training
