- High school diploma or equivalent
- no prior flight experience required
- successful completion of 6-week paid training at JetBlue University
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- ability to pass FAA-required medical exam and background check
- full availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
- physical fitness to perform inflight duties
- strong team collaboration skills

Job Duties
- Ensure passenger safety and comply with all FAA-mandated regulations
- deliver exceptional inflight customer service with a human touch
- greet passengers by name and address their needs with compassion
- manage challenging situations professionally and perform service recovery on the spot
- collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and timely flights
- maintain full flexibility for varied shifts including day, night, weekend, and holiday schedules
- participate actively in training and continuous professional development
