Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • no prior flight experience required
  • successful completion of 6-week paid training at JetBlue University
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • ability to pass FAA-required medical exam and background check
  • full availability for various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • physical fitness to perform inflight duties
  • strong team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Ensure passenger safety and comply with all FAA-mandated regulations
  • deliver exceptional inflight customer service with a human touch
  • greet passengers by name and address their needs with compassion
  • manage challenging situations professionally and perform service recovery on the spot
  • collaborate closely with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safe and timely flights
  • maintain full flexibility for varied shifts including day, night, weekend, and holiday schedules
  • participate actively in training and continuous professional development
