Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • availability to attend 6-week paid training at JetBlue University in Orlando, FL
  • flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
  • ability to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
  • excellent physical health and stamina for inflight duties
  • legal authorization to work in the United States
  • positive attitude and commitment to safety and service

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • strong interpersonal skills
  • excellent customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • no previous airline experience required as training is provided
  • passion for providing compassionate service
  • ability to work effectively in a team environment

Job Duties

  • greet customers by name and provide passenger assistance
  • manage challenging situations with compassion
  • perform on-the-spot service recovery
  • collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safety
  • adhere to all FAA safety and emergency procedures
  • maintain a positive and flexible attitude for varying shift schedules
  • contribute to delivering the JetBlue customer experience
