Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to attend 6-week paid training at JetBlue University in Orlando, FL
- flexibility to work day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- ability to pass FAA mandated medical and background checks
- excellent physical health and stamina for inflight duties
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- positive attitude and commitment to safety and service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- strong interpersonal skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- no previous airline experience required as training is provided
- passion for providing compassionate service
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
Job Duties
- greet customers by name and provide passenger assistance
- manage challenging situations with compassion
- perform on-the-spot service recovery
- collaborate with inflight and flight deck crew to ensure safety
- adhere to all FAA safety and emergency procedures
- maintain a positive and flexible attitude for varying shift schedules
- contribute to delivering the JetBlue customer experience
