Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Own a valid driver's license for drivers
- Have auto insurance for drivers
- Own a smartphone with an unlimited data plan
- Be able to lift at least 100 pounds
- Provide valid ID or driver's license for helpers
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor
- Have availability to work flexible hours
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license for drivers
- Own a Pickup Truck, Cargo Van, Sprinter Van, or Box Truck (2001 or newer) for drivers
- Must have auto insurance for drivers
- Own a smartphone (iPhone or Android) with an unlimited data plan
- Ability to lift at least 100 pounds
- Strong communication skills and a friendly attitude
- Prior moving or delivery experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Assist customers with local moves involving homes, apartments, and storage units
- Transport items from stores such as HomeGoods and Living Spaces
- Pick up and deliver items bought from online marketplaces including Facebook Marketplace and Craigslist
- Load, unload, and haul donated items or junk to designated centers
- Provide labor-only moving services such as rearranging furniture within a location
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
- Handle payments and receive tips via the Lugg platform
