Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years flight attendant experience
  • valid FAA certification
  • ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • excellent physical health
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to pass background checks and drug screenings

Job Qualifications

  • prior flight attendant experience
  • proven leadership skills
  • strong knowledge of FAA regulations
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to manage and mentor a team
  • conflict management experience
  • ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure

Job Duties

  • lead pre-flight briefings for flight crew
  • assign duty stations to cabin crew members
  • manage passenger issues including seating and baggage conflicts
  • oversee in-flight service especially in the first-class cabin
  • act as primary first responder to medical and safety incidents
  • coordinate emergency procedures and crew actions
  • complete and file flight and incident reports
