Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • minimum 3 years experience in customer service or hospitality
  • availability for 1st and 2nd shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • dependable and punctual
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • flexibility to fill emergency or scheduled shifts within a 25-mile district

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years in customer service or hospitality
  • 1+ year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
  • strong communication and organizational skills
  • ability to lift up to 35 lbs
  • dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • proficient in Microsoft Office and report writing
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide warm, professional service to residents, guests, and vendors
  • monitor property access and ensure only authorized individuals enter
  • assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points
  • communicate effectively with property management and internal teams
  • stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests
  • maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions
  • support property operations and respond to issues as needed
  • fill in for scheduled shifts or emergency coverage shifts within a 25-mile district
  • perform other job duties assigned as needed
