Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- six months of recent experience in the automotive or equipment industry or equivalent combination of education and experience
- possession and maintenance of valid Arizona driver's license
- successful completion of a background check
- successful completion of pre-employment drug test
- willingness to comply with DOT alcohol and drug testing policies
- ability to work in extreme weather conditions
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- reliable and regular attendance
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED equivalent
- six months of recent experience in the automotive or equipment industry
- valid Arizona driver's license
- knowledge of basic automotive parts, materials, and equipment handling
- knowledge of safety rules and OSHA guidelines
- ability to interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- skill in computerized vehicle maintenance and inventory tracking programs
- ability to work in varied weather conditions
- good physical ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
Job Duties
- pick up and deliver vehicles, equipment parts, materials, and supplies as directed
- conduct routine cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory of parts
- serve as backup to Parts Specialist and Fleet Coordinator
- deliver and transfer county vehicles and equipment between departments, offices, or vendor locations
- wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for delivery or maintenance
- maintain vehicle records in Fleet Information Management System (FIMS)
- generate and prepare reports for parts or fleet data from FIMS or Telematics software
