Job Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Eight years of documentable experience repairing forklifts, aerial lifts, tuggers, or material handling equipment
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift, pinch, bend, reach, climb, and handle objects safely
- Experience with hydraulic and brake systems
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Exceptional troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Job Qualifications
- Eight years of documentable experience with forklifts, aerial lifts, tuggers, or material handling equipment working on the machines, not operating
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic skills
- Strong understanding of industrial equipment mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Demonstrated experience with hydraulic and brake systems
- Experience administering preventive maintenance programs such as Corrigo
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Physical capability to perform lifting, pinching, bending, reaching, climbing, and handling objects
- Valid driver’s license
- Highschool diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic failures in material handling equipment fleet
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble components including electrical systems, motors, drive systems, rear ends, and brakes
- Perform regular preventive maintenance and safety inspections according to schedule
- Respond promptly to service calls and equipment breakdowns
- Maintain accurate equipment service records and documentation
- Complete daily checklists and maintenance logs in the Corrigo system
- Order necessary replacement parts while managing inventory
- Adhere to all site safety protocols and procedures
