Job Requirements
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Minimum 4 months of driving experience
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice

- Minimum 4 months of flatbed truck driving experience
- Preferred 1 year of truck driving experience
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
- Strong knowledge of DOT regulations

- Good communication and customer service skills
Job Duties
- Operate flatbed trucks safely on regional routes transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, and machinery
- Secure cargo with tarps and binders ensuring load safety
- Comply with all Department of Transportation regulations and company safety policies
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle
- Maintain accurate records of routes, mileage, and deliveries
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
- Ensure timely delivery while optimizing routes for efficiency
